5-Step Beginner Practice

Choose a time. Morning works best — before the day's noise begins. Even 5 minutes counts. Consistency beats duration.

Sit comfortably. Chair, floor, cushion — whatever keeps your spine upright without strain. No special posture required.

Focus on breath. Notice the inhale. Notice the exhale. When a thought appears, simply note it and return to breathing. This is the practice.

Set an intention. Before you begin, state what you want: clarity, calm, connection, healing. The mind follows direction.

Close with gratitude. One thing you're grateful for. This anchors positive energy and signals the session is complete.
